FOF pieces are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method and are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally to select countries and are continually adding new destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination. Any charges imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please note that customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address, email, and phone number when placing your order. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery information.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed shipment, or failure to complete customs clearance, additional shipping charges may apply.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
If tracking has stopped updating or you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us and we’ll look into it.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact the carrier first. Carrier-confirmed deliveries are not automatically eligible for replacement or refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Each FOF piece is made to order.
Because our pieces are produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or a returned shipment may be the customer’s responsibility.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your location.

ORDERS

FOF pieces are made to order. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to change or cancel it.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product availability, or errors in product information or pricing. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website at checkout.
